RETURN POLICY

All sales are final — returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days from delivery.

Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment in our shop, please contact us before placing an order.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

The FELIPE ALBERNAZ team is closely monitoring developments and following recommendations by the CDC and other governmental agencies.

ORDER PROCESS

FELPE ALBERNAZ is based in Madrid and all prices are in EUR. We accept all major credit cards.

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on each garment’s destination and weight.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping.

We offer several shipping services, which include:

  • Standard Shipping with Tracking & Signature: 3-5 business day.
  • Expedited 1-3 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International packages are shipped via UPS (3-7 business days) unless notified otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our offices.

INSURANCE

DOMESTIC: Our Expedited shipping service includes insurance for the value of your package up to $400.

INTERNATIONAL: All international sororité packages include insurance for the value of your package up to $200.

Insurance covers your package while it is in possession of the UPS and protects it against loss or damage. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package, please contact us.

We are not responsible for, stolen, or damaged mail. We put a lot of time in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. Once your package has left our studio, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local courier delivering the Package.
