To make an exchange or return, the package must arrive at our warehouse within 15 natural days from the receipt of the product.

Return service for the Peninsula: The cost is €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund. To initiate the return, please send an email to info@falbernaz.com.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and International: The return cost will be specified before finalizing it. To initiate the return, please send an email to info@falbernaz.com.

Only one collection attempt will be made by the transport company, with an additional cost of €4.90 for subsequent collection attempts. The product must reach the warehouse before the mentioned 15 natural days have passed, in perfect condition, with the same packaging and in the same conditions, along with the original label.

Returns can be made for all products, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, except for jewelry items due to hygiene reasons.

The refund for the purchase amount will be processed as soon as possible once the returned product is received, which may take up to 10 business days.

If the order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe, FELIPE ALBERNAZ will not be responsible for the item, nor will it be responsible for the refund.

If you receive a product in poor condition or with defects, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. The seller will not be responsible for damages that may occur due to their use. In the case of a defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract resolution, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

In the case of returning a product to the FELIPE ALBERNAZ warehouse outside of the specified timeframe, the customer is responsible for the removal of the merchandise sent later than the 15 natural days allocated for exchanges and returns.
